Terms & Conditions
By placing this order, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms relating to cancellations, returns, and charges:
- A cancellation fee of 15% of the invoice value (excluding VAT) will apply, capped at R3,000.00.
- Orders for memory sticks and hampers are non-returnable, including both samples and bulk orders.
- Samples priced under R30.00 (excluding VAT) are non-returnable.
- Sample orders containing more than 10 line items will be treated as bulk orders.
- Cancellations where warehouse processing has already begun, as well as approved returns, will incur a 15% handling fee.
- All approved returns must be sent to the Johannesburg branch, at the customer’s expense, for credit processing.
- Returns or order changes are not accepted for items that require assembly or consolidation, whether for samples or bulk orders.
- Discontinued items are strictly non-returnable.
By placing an order with Unrivaled Branding, you confirm that you have the legal authority to order, purchase, and/or distribute merchandise containing any names, trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material supplied with your order. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless unrivaled, its affiliates, and representatives against any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from actual or alleged infringement or misuse of intellectual property. This obligation will remain in effect after delivery of your order.
