1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

1.1. Delivery Areas & Scope

Unrivaled Branding ships exclusively to addresses within the borders of South Africa. We deliver to all major city centers and regional areas nationwide.

1.2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. The total turnaround time consists of two phases:

  • Phase 1: Production Lead Time: This begins strictly after the artwork layout has been approved and payment has cleared in our account. (Standard: 3–5 working days; Express: 1–2 working days).

  • Phase 2: Courier Transit Time: This depends on the destination (e.g., Major Centers: 1–3 working days; Regional Areas: 3–5 working days).

  • Delays: Unrivaled Branding shall not be liable for any delays caused by third-party courier companies, strikes, acts of God, or force majeure events.

1.3. Shipping Costs

  • Unrivaled Branding reserves the right to re-quote shipping costs if the final packed volumetric weight exceeds the initial estimate.

1.4. Transfer of Risk & Insurance

  • Risk: Ownership and risk of the goods pass to the client the moment the shipment leaves the Unrivaled Branding premises or is handed to the courier.

  • Insurance: Standard courier fees do not include comprehensive insurance. Clients may request additional insurance at their own cost prior to dispatch.

1.5. Inspection Upon Delivery

  • It is the client's responsibility to inspect the parcel before signing the waybill.

  • If the packaging appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, the client must strictly endorse the waybill with "Package Damaged" or refuse delivery.

  • Failure to report visible damage upon receipt may result in the repudiation of a claim.
